What type of printing do you do?
We are a textile screen printer. We print on anything of a fabric nature.

What is your productions time?
Our production time for both screen printing and embroidery is typically 2 weeks depending on season. We are willing to work with deadlines.

Do you have Setups? If so how much are they?
Yes, we typically have setups per color per location for screen printing. Our setups for embroidery are based on the amount of stitches in the logo.

Do you have a minimum quantity?
Yes. Our minimums for both embroidery and screen printing are 12 pieces for the same design. The minimum for 4-color process is 100 shirt.

Do I get to see a sample before my piece is printed?
We will send an electronic proof of your shirt with the art for you to sign off on to ensure you are satisfied with your product.

I don't have a design. Is there a charge to make a design for me?
We have an in-house artist that can create a design for you. Some artwork is included anything after that is $40/hr.

What is 4-color process?
4-color process is used in printing full color photos on a shirt. It uses CMYK colors to create many different colors on a shirt and requires special separations and setups. This process works best on 6oz 100% white t-shirt.

What kind of artwork files do you accept ?

Can I mix the shirt sizes in my order?
Yes. You can mix sizes from youth sizes and up as long as they get the same design and same size design on all shirts to keep from having additional costs.

Can I have different ink colors on different color shirts?
Yes. As long as the design is the same you can change ink colors on different shirt colors, however there will be a $15 ink change charge.
